I went up to the hostess' desk and looked at the waiting list myself. We started getting impatient after about an hour. We checked in with the hostess every 15 or 20 minutes to see how close we were getting and to make sure they knew where we were waiting. We were told we'd have to wait 30 to 40 minutes, which wasn't surprising to us. My group of three arrived at Tangerine at 10 am on a busy Sunday morning.
